The story of this game is based on a sci-fi (theatre) play written in 1999.  Transporting the players to a fictitious  2009, viewed through a late '90s lense. Fun! 

At the core of the narrative lies "THE INCIDENT," an unforeseen event rendering Earth's surface uninhabitable. Catching humanity off guard, this event afforded little time for preparation as people scrambled to adapt to their new circumstances.

Some sought refuge in establishing lunar colonies, while others embarked on interstellar journeys in search of habitable planets. A few unfortunate souls were left with no choice but to embrace a subaquatic existence within cramped, leaky Seabases. It is within this submerged setting that the game's story unfolds.
